ENCINITAS: Fatal Motorcycle Crash 10/07/12

One man is dead today following a horrifying crash on the 101 at K. Street in Encinitas. It all started shortly after 12:30 pm when a call was put out for a motorcycle traffic collision with a car infront of the popular, Swamis Cafe. When they got there, paramedics saw the severity of the situation and immediately began initiating CPR to save the man's life. Unfortunately, the man died shortly after being struck despite firefighters efforts. Sheriffs tell me the roadway will be closed for the next two hours as they conduct their investigation and interview witnesses.
